Cattle death claims, drafted from the papers.
A cattle mortality claim arrives as fifteen to thirty handwritten pages. ClaimIQ reads every one, matches the animal by its ear tag across all of them, checks the dates, and drafts the investigation report in your firm's layout.
Each document read for what it is.

One ear tag, followed through every page.
The post-mortem report's tag is checked against the page itself and against the other documents. The health certificate row with that tag gives the animal's sum insured, age and marks. Where one paper shows a tag a digit off, it is flagged, never quietly used.

Matches the post-mortem report, claim form and policy schedule
The questions an underwriter would ask, asked first.
- Ear tag matched across every document, with the health certificate row for that animal
- Death outside the policy period, or within the first days of cover
- Post-mortem dated before the death, or more than three days after it
- Vet visits after the date of death; notice to the vet before the illness
- Claim amount above the sum insured
- Names, policy numbers, account numbers and IFSC compared across papers
- Age, sex and species consistent between the post-mortem and the certificate
- Values on the report that appear in no document at all
Cattle claims, answered.
Which cattle documents can ClaimIQ read?
Post-mortem reports (including the Haryana format), health certificates with several animals, livestock claim forms, policy schedules, intimation letters, written statements, treatment charts, discharge vouchers, bank passbooks, bank verification forms, cheques, Aadhaar cards, Parivar Pehchan Patra, affidavits and caste certificates.
Do the documents need to be sorted before upload?
No. Upload the whole scan as one PDF, or phone photos. ClaimIQ works out what each page is and splits the file into separate documents.
Can it read handwritten Hindi?
Yes. Forms filled by hand in Hindi, English or both are read from the page image. Names are written out in English letters and numbers are copied exactly as written.
What if a value is wrong or unclear?
Values ClaimIQ is unsure of are marked amber for review. Every field can be edited on the document and on the report draft before the final report is made.
Will the report look like ours?
Yes. We set up your firm's own report layout, letterhead, sections and wording. Reports download as Word or PDF.
